The WIAA has announced game dates and times for the Marshfield and Stratford football playoff games this weekend.
Marshfield (9-1) will host La Crosse Logan (6-4) in a Division 2, Level 3 game at 7 p.m. Friday at Beell Stadium. The game will be broadcast on WDLB-AM 1450 and on wdlbwosq.com, with pregame starting at 6:30 p.m.
The winner moves on to a Level 4 state semifinal against the winner of Saturday’s battle between Mequon Homestead (8-1) and Green Bay Southwest (10-0), which will be at 2 p.m. at Southwest High School. Green Bay Southwest is coached by former Green Bay Packers all-pro linebacker Bryce Paup.
In a Division 5, Level 3 matchup, Stratford (8-2) will play at unbeaten Amherst (10-0) at 1 p.m. Saturday. The winner of that game will play in a Level 4 state semifinal against either Prescott (7-3) or Colby (8-2) on Nov. 9 of 10. Prescott plays at Colby on either Friday or Saturday. A game date and time has not been announced. The Stratford-Amherst game will be broadcast live on WDLB-AM 1450 and on wdlbwosq.com, with pregame starting at 12:30 p.m.
