STRATFORD – Lindsey Bar & Grill lit up the scoreboard Sunday, rolling up a 133-77 win over Smazel’s Hunters Choice in a Stratford STAR men’s basketball league game.
Brandt Serchen scored 39 points, Dan Dargenio had 25, and Chris Fischer and Lee Follen each scored 23 for Lindsey Bar & Grill. Chris Hannula led Smazel’s with 37 points.
In other action Sunday:
*Kizzy & Sue’s Bar & Grill downed A&B Process Systems 96-69. Jay Fuehrer had 28 points, Aaron Linzmeier scored 21 and Dan Weinfurter added 20 for Kizzy & Sue’s.
*Ryan Jakobi scored 21 points for After Hours in an 83-70 victory over Southway Pub & Grill.
*Southway Pub also lost a second game, falling to USBancorp 86-71. Chris Newbury had 31 points for USBancorp.
*Victory Apparel knocked off Kafka Granit 95-59. Bill Hanson had 21 points for Victory Apparel.
*Resource Recovery edged Arby’s 64-60 behind 25 points from Scott Gebelein.
*Down Under beat Marawood Construction 55-46, and The Shack whipped Country Wireless 75-50. No leading scorers were provided.
