UW-Marshfield/Wood County volleyball routs UW-Fox Valley

MENASHA – The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County volleyball team went on the road and took care of business, beating UW-Fox Valley 25-21, 25-19, 25-10, in a Wisconsin Collegiate Conference Western Division match Wednesday.

The Marauders are now 4-3 overall and 3-1 in the WCC West.

UW-Marshfield/Wood County had 21 kills and 11 service aces in the three wins, led by Rachel Ludwig, who had four aces.

Tiffany Kitowski, Alicia Endreas and April Martens each added two aces, Jordan Mielke had 10 digs and Endreas had a team-high seven kills for the Mrauders.

The Marauders will play their final home division match against UW-Baraboo on Monday, hosting the team’s 3rd Annual Play 4 Pink Fundraiser. The match will begin at 5 p.m. and all proceeds will go to the Marshfield Clinic Angel Fund and Living with Hope Foundation.
