Tomah pulls away late to knock off Marshfield boys hockey

TOMAH – Tomah scored four times in the third period to knock off Marshfield 8-4 in first-round matchup at the Tomah Boys Hockey Tournament on Friday at Mose Lamb Rink.

The score was tied 4-4 entering the third before the Timberwolves pulled away to improve to 1-1 this season. Marshfield falls to 0-2.

Miles Beckjorden had three goals, Calvin LeQue added a pair of scores and Josh Repaal had a goal and three assists for Tomah.

The Tigers will play again at the tournament on Saturday.
