Marshfield boys basketball grabs road win at Wausau West

WAUSAU – Luke Zuiker scored 20 points to lead the Marshfield boys basketball to a 53-39 win over Wausau West in a Wisconsin Valley Conference contest Friday night at West High School.

Marshfield improves to 10-4 overall and 6-1 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference, while West is now 3-12 and 0-7 in the Valley.

The win keeps the Tigers within a game of first-place Stevens Point in the WVC. Marshfield hosts the Panthers next Friday.

The Tigers’ next game is Saturday at home against La Crosse Logan.
