Bryan earns win in triple jump as Marshfield finishes fourth at D.C. Everest Girls Track Invite

WESTON – Freshman Meg Bryan grabbed the lone win for Marshfield at the 2015 D.C. Everest Girls Track & Field Invitational on Friday at Stiehm Stadium.

Bryan won the triple jump with a leap of 35 feet, 2½ inches, for the Tigers’ best finish.

Olivia Tierney was third in the 100 meters (13.33), Martha Kupfer took third in the 400 (1:02.99) and the 200 (28.64), and Katie Osinski was fourth in the shot put (29-4½) for Marshfield’s other top-five finishes.

Eau Claire Memorial won the team title, with Marshfield finishing fourth.

The Tigers return to action Tuesday at the Wood County Meet at Nekoosa.
