SPENCER – The Spencer volleyball team improved to 3-0 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division with a 3-1 win over Neillsville/Granton on Tuesday night at Spencer High School.

The Rockets won 26-24, 22-25, 25-17, 25-19. N/G is now 2-2.

Jenna Schober had 16 kills, five service aces, and 24 digs, McKenzie Bainer had 19 assists, and Sadie Mercier added 18 assists for the Rockets. Jenna Rogers had a team-high 33 digs in the win.

“We were still very inconsistent tonight,” Spencer coach Buff Heller said. “When we are on we are on, when we are off, we are off. When we hustled and played smart, good things happened.”
