Gruen scores twice as Point-Rapids-Marshfield girls hockey rips Northern Edge

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Megan Nolan and Leah Gruen each scored twice as the Point-Rapids-Marshfield girls hockey team ripped Northern Edge (Rhinelander/Antigo co-op) 6-1 in a nonconference game Thursday at the South Wood County Recreation Center.

Kiley Kopf and Bryar Brooks also added goals for the Red Panthers, who improve to 9-7 after winning their second game in a row.

Alayna Bruneau and Kopf each added a pair of assists, and Maddie Hall had nine saves in goal for Point-Rapids-Marshfield.

PRM plays at River Falls on Saturday.
