CRANDON – The Auburndale girls basketball team pulled out a hard-fought 33-27 victory at Crandon in a WIAA Division 4 regional quarterfinal Tuesday night.
The ninth-seeded Apaches (12-11) move on to a Division 4 regional semifinal Friday night at No. 1 seed Wittenberg-Birnamwood (21-1).
Crandon ends its season with a 13-9 record.
