Marshfield boys tennis sweeps D.C. Everest in WVC opener

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield boys tennis team opened its Wisconsin Valley Conference schedule with a 7-0 win over D.C. Everest on Thursday at Boson Courts.

The Tigers won all seven matches in straight sets, losing just a total of 16 games.

Craig Paulman (No. 3 singles) and Braedon Corteen (No. 4 singles) each won 6-0, 6-0, for Marshfield.

Marshfield will compete at the Chippewa Falls Invitational on Saturday.
