GILMAN – Spencer shot 45 percent overall and hit 6 of 11 from 3-point range in a 60-45 victory over Gilman in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division boys basketball game Tuesday at Gilman High School.

Jack Bezlyk scored 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and Collin Nieman had 17 points, making three 3-pointers, in the win for Spencer (3-2, 2-2 Cloverbelt East).

Defensively, the Rockets held Gilman (1-4, 1-3 Cloverbelt East) to just 32 percent shooting.

Spencer hosts Greenwood on Friday.
