Auburndale girls basketball loses at Neillsville

NEILLSVILLE – Neillsville held Auburndale to just 12 points in each half to cruised to a 54-24 victory in a nonconference girls basketball game Thursday at Neillsville High School.

Neillsville (7-1) led 29-12 at halftime and outscored the Apaches (7-4) 25-12 in the second half on its way to the victory.

Auburndale was held to 11 of 32 shooting, with Hannah Bolder leading the team with 14 points. Natalie Aue had 10 rebounds and Bolder added eight boards.

Auburndale plays at Phillips on Jan. 5.
