Columbus Catholic girls basketball wins at Spencer

SPENCER – Marissa Immerall poured in 25 points and Morgan Albrecht added 20 as the Marshfield Columbus Catholic girls basketball team cruised to a 69-35 victory over Spencer in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game Friday night at Spencer High School.

Albecht scored 14 points and Immerfall had 13 in the first half for the Dons (9-4, 6-3 Cloverbelt East).

Albrecht finished with three 3-pointers, and Addison Baierl added a pair and 14 points in all for Columbus.

Lexi Baehr topped Spencer with 18 points.

Spencer (1-11, 1-9 Cloverbelt East) plays a nonconference game at home against Pittsville on Monday, while the Dons return to action Thursday at home against Granton.
