COLEMAN – The Auburndale girls basketball team made the long road trip to Coleman worthwhile Friday, knocking off the Cougars 36-32 in a WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal at Coleman High School.
Auburndale (15-9) moves on to a regional final Saturday at Marathon (21-2) at 7:30 p.m. Auburndale handed the Raiders one of their two losses this season, winning 57-53 on Feb. 11. The winner moves on to a sectional semifinal next Thursday at Wausau West.
Coleman ends its season with a 20-4 record.
