MARSHFIELD – Ellie Jensen swept all four events to earn the all-around title and lead the Marshfield gymnastics team to a win in its home quadrangular meet on Tuesday at Marshfield High School.
Jensen finished with an all-around score of 34.4 as she won the vault (8.45), uneven bars (8.4) and floor exercise (8.9), and tied teammate Kyra Huff for first place in the balance beam (8.65) for the Tigers.
Marshfield finished with 132.7 points, with Tomah second with 109.7 and Westby third with 103.4.
Hanna Merkel was second in the uneven bars (8.0), Phoebe Hernandez took second in the floor exercise (8.75), and Sophie Nikolay tied for second in the vault (8.2) as well for Marshfield.
Marshfield will compete at the Great Northern Conference Meet at Antigo on Saturday.
