COLBY – Hailey Zimmermann and Jenna Kibbel each made three 3-pointers as the Marshfield Columbus Catholic girls basketball team eked out a 44-43 win over Colby in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division matchup Friday night at Colby High School.

Kibbel finished with a game-high 17 points and Zimmermann had nine for the Dons, who are now 8-8 overall and 6-3 in the Cloverbelt East.

Hayden Wilner scored 11 points and Alexis Vanderhoof had 10 for Colby (2-12, 2-6 Cloverbelt East).

Columbus Catholic travels to Northland Lutheran for a nonconference game Monday.
