Prentice outlasts Spencer girls basketball

SPENCER – Kali Heikkinen went 13-for-15 at the free throw line and scored a game-high 29 points to lead Prentice to a 60-51 win over Spencer in a nonconference girls basketball game Friday night at Spencer High School.

Autumn Davis had 20 points and Alexa Weber added 10 for Spencer, which falls to 2-10 this season.

Leila Heikkenen and Leah Nehls each made three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points for Prentice (6-9).

Spencer plays a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game at Marshfield Columbus Catholic on Thursday.
