LA CROSSE – Marshfield High School graduate Sean Harrington, a junior on the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men’s track and field team, finished second with a time of 15:10 in the 5,000 meters Saturday at the Warren Bowlus Open at UW-Stout.
The meet was La Crosse’s second of a 10-meet indoor track season leading up to the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in Bexley, Ohio, on March 11-12.
La Crosse returns to action Friday at the Leonard Converse Invite at UW-Whitewater.
