UW-Marshfield/Wood County volleyball drops five-set match to UW-Richland

MARSHFIELD – The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County volleyball team dropped a tight match to UW-Richland on Monday, 3-2.

Richland won the match 20-25, 25-23, 17-25, 25-19, 15-7. Marshfield/Wood County falls to 1-3 on the season.

Lindsay Gotz had 13 kills and Aleena Cook served three aces to lead the Marauders.

Marshfield hosts UW-Marathon County on Wednesday and UW-Barron County on Friday. Both matches start at 5 p.m.
