BEAVER DAM – Paige Johnson scored twice and had an assist, and Alexis Straughan saved all eight shots she faced as the Marshfield girls hockey team rolled to a 5-0 nonconference win over Beaver Dam on Friday night.
Marshfield was relentless, peppering Beaver Dam’s goalie Maddie Lockwood with 66 shots.
Emily Wolfe, Bailey Jozwiak and Nicole Karl added goals for the Tigers, who improve to 7-5-1.
Nell Eichten, Morgan Larson and Wolfe added assists for Marshfield.
The Tigers host Tomahawk in a Great Northern Conference matchup at 7 p.m. Monday at the Marshfield Youth Ice Recreation Center.
