NEENAH – The Marshfield volleyball team finished 3-3 and ended up fifth place Saturday at the Neenah Volleyball Invitational.
Marshfield lost to Appleton Xavier 25-14, 25-8, and Appleton North 25-22, 25-18; defeated Manitowoc 25-17, 21-25, 15-13; lost to West Bend East 25-23, 25-16; and finished up with wins over Luxemburg-Casco 25-15, 28-26, and Manitowoc 25-23, 18-25, 16-14.
Courtney Bauer had 43 kills and Miranda Forrest had 29 kills and 39 digs for the Tigers. Sara Dasler had 59 assists and Anna Ripp added 43, and Darian Molter had 11 service aces and 68 digs in the six matches for Marshfield.
Marshfield is back in action Thursday at home against Merrill.
