MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield freshman football team lost its season-finale to Antigo 33-20 on Thursday at Beell Stadium.
Trevor Smith scored on a 17-yard touchdown run and caught a 37-yard scoring pass from Grant Michaelis for Marshfield. Michaelis also threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Derek Michalski and the two connected on a two-point conversion as well.
Rian Vehrs, Jacob Brueggen, Sawyer Lovstad and Angus Bump led the Tigers in tackles.
Marshfield finishes the season with a 2-5 record.
