MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Chaparrals won its third-straight game, whipping Rock Falls 14-3 in a Dairyland League game Monday at Jack Hackman Field.
Drew Spaeth earned the win, striking out nine in five innings. Eric Pritzl wrapped up the victory with two innings of relief.
None of the three runs scored by Rock Falls were earned.
Justin Rayburn had three hits, and Logan Johnson had a pair of hits and three RBIs for the Chaparrals (3-1 overall and Dairyland League). Cole Cuddie and Aaron Schwecke also had a pair of hits each for Marshfield.
The Chaparrals host Coon Valley in a non-league game on Wednesday and play at Merrill on Sunday in Dairyland League action.
