WISCONSIN DELLS – The Marshfield wrestling team went 2-2 to finish 13th at the 16-team Devils Duals on Saturday. The tournament was hosted by Adams-Friendship at the Woodside Dells Dome.
Marshfield lost to Prairie du Chien 50-25 and Portage 37-36, before coming back to win its final two matches over Reedsburg 52-27 and Freedom 50-12 to finish in 13th place.
Hoyt Blaskowski had the lone undefeated day for Marshfield, going 4-0 at 132 pounds. His four wins included three pins and a technical fall.
Keagen Cliver (126 pounds), Gabe Pugh (138), Ryan Dolezal (145), Garrett Willuweit (152), Cody Weix (160) and Jayden Wilhelm (182) all went 3-1 for the Tigers. Wilhelm had three pins.
Marshfield hosts Merrill in a Wisconsin Valley Conference dual meet on Thursday at 7 p.m.
