MERRILL – The Marshfield boys soccer team ended a four-game losing streak with a 4-0 win over Merrill in Wisconsin Valley Conference action Tuesday night at Merrill High School.

The Tigers are now 3-6-1 overall and 2-5-1 in WVC action heading into a home game against D.C. Everest on Thursday. Merrill is now 0-12 and 0-8 in the Valley.

Gavin Young, Will Domine, Mathers Molina and Laurens Kersten scored goals for the Tigers, who held a 36-4 shot advantage.

Seth Jonas, Kai Rens and Zakary Meyer split time in goal to combine for the shutout for Marshfield.
