GREENWOOD – The Spencer volleyball team was swept in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division match by Greenwood 3-0 on Thursday night at Greenwood High School.

Greenwood won 25-15, 25-13, 25-19, to improve to 2-3 in the Cloverbelt East. Spencer is now 0-5.

Heavyn Kind had nine kills and 11 digs, Jorie Meyer had seven kills, Alexa Stange had a team-high 32 digs, and Hallie Meyer had 22 assists for the Rockets.

Alane Artac had 36 digs for Greenwood.

Spencer plays at Neillsville and Greenwood will be at Marshfield Columbus Catholic on Tuesday in Cloverbelt East matches. The Greenwood-Columbus match will be live at zaleskisports.com.
