RHINELANDER – The Marshfield boys swim team had seven third-place finishes and ended up third in the team standings at the Hodag Relays on Saturday at Rhinelander High School.
Bay Port won six of the 10 events and finished with 124 points, while host Rhinelander won the other four and took second with 116 points. Marshfield was third among the six teams with 70 points.
Marshfield’s 3×50 mixer relay team of Michael Dick, Kyle Berres and Simon Dagit finished third in 1:19.45, must 7/10th of a second off the winning time set by Bay Port.
Marshfield hosts Stevens Point for a Wisconsin Valley Conference dual meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
