AUBURNDALE – Auburndale pounded out 10 hits and scored in five of its six at-bats as it defeated Iola-Scandinavia 11-1 in a nonconference baseball game Monday at Auburndale High School.

Blake Raab, Aden Cherney and Nathan Richardson each had two hits, and Alex Willfahrt drove in a pair for the Eagles, who improve to 12-7.

Cherney picked up the pitching win, allowing one run over four innings with four strikeouts.

Auburndale will wrap up its regular-season schedule Tuesday at Loyal.
