AUGUSTA – The Marshfield Columbus Catholic boys basketball knocked off previously unbeaten Augusta 59-50 on the road Friday night, winning its fifth straight game.
The Dons improve to 5-1 overall and 4-1 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division, moving into a tie for second place with Augusta, which has the same record. The two teams remain one-half game behind 4-0 Colby in the conference standings.
Columbus hosts Owen-Withee next Thursday.
