WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Auburndale boys basketball coach Chad Weinfurter picked up his 300th career victory as the Eagles cruised to a 77-39 win over Wisconsin Rapids Assumption in a Marawood Conference South Division game Tuesday night at Assumption High School.

Evan Scholl had 28 points and nine rebounds to lead Auburndale, which improves to 14-2 overall and 10-1 in the Marawood South.

Auburndale shot 58 percent from the field (29-for-52) to grab the road victory.

Auburndale will be back in action Friday at home against Prentice for a Marawood Conference crossover game starting at 7:15 p.m.
