AMHERST – The Auburndale volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 sweep of Amherst in a nonconference match Thursday night at Amherst High School.
The Apaches won 25-17, 25-8, 25-11.
Nicole Nikolay had 10 kills and Kari Willfahrt added nine to lead the way for the Apaches’ offense.
Kendra Kundinger set the table with 23 assists, and Willfahrt and Hannah Castellano led the Auburndale defense with 10 digs each.
Auburndale hosts Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Tuesday in a Marawood Conference South Division match.
