WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Auburndale was held without a hit and dropped a 13-0 decision to Wisconsin Rapids Assumption in a Marawood Conference South Division softball game Friday.
Assumption won in five innings due to the 10-run rule and improve to 3-0 overall and in the Marawood South.
Auburndale falls to 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the conference.
Camille Swart took the loss for Auburndale, giving up 13 hits in four innings. She struck out three and walked five.
Auburndale plays at the Iola-Scandinavia Tournament on Saturday and hosts Edgar in a Marawood South game on Monday.
