SPENCER – The Spencer girls basketball team ended an 11-game losing streak with a 50-33 nonconference victory over Pittsville on Monday at Spencer High School.

The Rockets rolled out to a 30-11 lead by halftime on their way to the win.

Senior Lexi Baehr had 22 points, and Ariyah Schuh and Kaily Northup each added eight points for Spencer (2-11).

Spencer plays at Owen-Withee on Thursday.
