MARSHFIELD – The University of Stevens Point Marshfield men’s basketball team advanced to the Wisconsin Collegiate Conference championship game with an 81-69 win over UW-Platteville Baraboo on Monday night.
Sam Everson had 21 points, Brennen Peterson added a career-high 20 points, Owen Hanson finished with 15 points and Jake Skroch had 10 in the win for the Marauders.
Marshfield will host the conference title game Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. against UW-Stevens Point Wausau.
