Marshfield curling teams finish 1-2 at state tournament

MEDFORD – The Marshfield High School girls and boys club curling teams each finished 1-2 at the State High School Curling Tournament on Feb. 18-19.

The girls team lost matches to Portage and Wausau West before beating Stevens Point. Team members are Jillian Behling (skip), Alexis Free (vice skip), Maria Brix (first) and Anna Roselle (second).

The Tigers boys team lost to Portage and Stevens Point and beat Medford. The team consisted of Luke Behling (skip), Jacob Ferch (vice skip), Brandon Fahey (second) and Max Tibbet (first).
