WAUSAU – The Marshfield girls basketball team had its four-game winning streak snapped, dropping a 64-54 decision at Wausau West on Friday night.
The Tigers fall to 9-6 and 3-4 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference. West is now 10-6 and 6-2 in the WVC.
Marshfield is back in action Tuesday with a girls-boys doubleheader at home against Stevens Point. The girls game starts at 6 p.m. with the boys game to follow at 7:45 p.m. Both games will be broadcast on WDLB-AM 1450 and wdlbwosq.com.
