WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Osseo-Fairchild had the top three individual scores and went on to a big win in the second leg of the Clover Valley Golf League Tournament on Tuesday at the Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids.
Osseo-Fairchild finished with a team score of 179, 22 shots ahead of second-place Marshfield.
McKenzie Wilson was the meet medalist with a 42 for O-F. Teammate Amanda Pederson was second with a 44 and Shania Steen of Osseo-Fairchild and Kayla Thomas of Wisconsin Rapids tied for third with 45s.
Ana Jensen and Molly Field topped Marshfield, tying for sixth with 48s.
Osseo-Fairchild and Marshfield are now tied for the overall team lead. Field is tied for third and Jensen is tied for fifth in the individual standings.
The third leg of the tournament is Thursday at Osseo-Fairchild.
