PITTSVILLE – Matthew Kissner scored 41 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead Pittsville to a 68-50 win over Spencer in nonconference boys basketball action Tuesday night at Pittsville High School.
Pittsville (10-4) led 32-24 at halftime and outscored the Rockets (9-4) by 10 in the second half to finish off the victory.
Jordan Denniston added 13 points for the Panthers.
Austin Bacon had 22 points and Brett Kasch had 19 points for Spencer.
Spencer returns to action Thursday at Marshfield Columbus Catholic.
