STRATFORD – The Stratford STAR Men’s Basketball League continued play with eight games in two divisions on Sunday.
A Division
*Bartnik Trucking slipped past Financial Strategies 63-57. Jimmy Flink led Bartnik with 24 points and Jake Dahlke topped Financial Strategies with 25 points.
*Brown’s Bar All Stars knocked off ZB Design 89-72. Covon Rudolph had a game-high 36 points and Joey Northup added 30 for Brown’s. Matthew Karl had 34 points and Kyle Davis 20 for ZB Design.
*Stoney Acres Brewery had a league-high in points as it whipped Quality Roofing 97-76. Jason Schupe had 40 points and Ethan Seubert 23 for Stoney Acres. Ben Hertel led Quality Roofing with 29 points.
*Success Realty defeated Oil Exchange & Auto Repair 72-63. Dan Dargenio had 25 points for Success Realty. Jake Scheppler topped Oil Exchange with 34 points.
B Division
*Wausau Tech beat Lob City 75-66. Brenden Fecker scored 35 points for Wausau Tech. Bryce Hembrook scored 29 and Matt Michalsen had 20 for Lob City.
*Door Pro cruised past Stratford Sign Company 65-46. Lance Heidmann had 22 points and Okley Wrench chipped in 20 for Door Pro. Brandon Kaiser scored 15 to lead Stratford Sign.
*Wis-Ky Basketball defeated Nelson-Jameson 57-49. Aaron Ball (Wis-Ky) and Kacey Meyer (Nelson-Jameson) each had 23 points.
*Colby Chrysler edged Resource Recovery 65-60. Isaac Barber had 23 points for Colby Chrysler. Joel Christopherson led Resource with 18 points.
