Marshfield Columbus Catholic junior all-around player Courtney Sommer was named Player of the Year and was one of six Dons to earn honors on the 2022 All-Cloverbelt Conference East Division Volleyball Team, as voted on by the eight conference coaches following the season.
Junior Aalyiah Krenn and senior Jenna Kibbel joined Sommer, Neillsville senior Delaney Rochester, Gilman seniors Gracie Tallier and Tatum Weir, and Colby sophomore Savanna Thomsen on the first team.
Sommer, Kibbel, Tallier and Rochester are repeat first-team picks.
Sommer led the Dons with 254 kills, and added 376 assists, 74 service aces and 172 digs for the Dons, who finished 34-5 overall in 2022.
Krenn finished second on the team in kills with 218 and first with 52 blocks, and Kibbel was third with 203. Kibbel also had 235 digs and 50 service aces.
Columbus sophomore libero Izzy Hoglund and senior setter Lily Stratman were second-team picks, and sophomore Gracie Wilczek was an honorable mention selection as well for Columbus Catholic, which won its sixth-straight Cloverbelt East championship.
Spencer sophomore Hallie Meyer was the lone Rocket to earn all-conference accolades as an honorable mention choice.
