Phillips wrestlers win Marawood match at Auburndale

AUBURNDALE – Auburndale won three matches and were hurt by four forfeits in a 61-15 loss in a Marawood Conference wrestling dual meet Thursday night at Auburndale High School.

Aaron Swensen (152 pounds) and Bobby Wiskerchen (130) had pins for Auburndale, and Kyle Kundinger won a close 6-5 decision at 125 to provide the Apaches with their three victories.

Phillips (3-1 Marawood) had four pins and the four forfeits to provide for 48 of its points.

Auburndale falls to 0-6 in the Marawood.
