MARSHFIELD – The Columbus Catholic softball team scored 12 times in the first inning and went on to a 16-0 win over Owen-Withee in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game Tuesday at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.

Akosua Yeboah threw two innings and Abby Wojcik wrapped it up with a scoreless third as the Dons no-hit the Blackhawks and the game was called due to the 15-run rule in three innings.

Maddy Kraus and Shelby Spata each went 2-for-2 with two RBI, and Yeboah drove in three for Columbus Catholic, which is now 5-2 overall and 2-0 in the Cloverbelt East.
