Marshfield boys tennis wins season-opener over Medford

MARSHFIELD – Marshfield swept the four singles matches and defeated Medford 5-2 in its boys tennis season-opener Tuesday at the Boson Tennis Complex at Marshfield High School.

Kai Rens (No. 1 singles), Antonio Koehn (No. 2), Beckett Hall (No. 3) and Levi Janssen (No. 4) all won in straight sets for the Tigers.

Marshfield’s No. 2 doubles team of Justin Franks and Parker Kundinger also won in straight sets.

Marshfield will be back in action next Tuesday, April 15, at Eau Claire North.
