GRINNELL, Iowa – Marshfield High School graduate Amanda Whipple competed at the Midwest Conference Championships on Feb. 25-26 at Grinnell College as part of the St. Norbert College women’s track and field team.
Whipple set a personal record by more than 20 seconds in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:37.98 to finish third.
Whipple also took second in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:59.05. She finished 12th in the mile run in 5:37.32.
St. Norbert will be back in action March 26 at Ripon College.
