RICE LAKE – The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County volleyball team was swept by UW-Barron County on Monday night, 25-13, 25-19, 25-22.
A pair of Auburndale High School graduates led the Marauders attack. Kimberly Masephol had 33 assists and Lindsay Gotz had 10 kills and four blocks.
The Marauders host UW-Baraboo on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. for Play 4 Pink night. The team will be hosting a fund-raiser for breast cancer research. It is the final regular-season match of the season for UW-M/WC.
