MARSHFIELD – Hannah Kruse had 13 kills and Alishia Reigel added seven as the Marshfield Columbus Catholic volleyball team won its first Cloverbelt Conference East Division match of the season with a 3-1 win over Loyal/Granton on Tuesday at Columbus Catholic High School.
Columbus won 25-18, 19-25, 25-20, 25-14. Both the Dons and L/G are now 1-2 in the conference standings.
Tara Brock had 19 assists and 14 digs, and Hannah Zarnke led the Dons’ defense with 25 digs.
Columbus plays at Greenwood on Thursday.
