Marshfield boys tennis loses at Menomonie

MENOMONIE – The Marshfield boys tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at Menomonie in a nonconference match Tuesday.

Marshfield’s lone win came from the No. 3 doubles team John Fay and Isaac Houk, who won 6-0, 6-4.

The Tigers’ No. 1 doubles team of Tyler Droste and Justin Twardowski took their opponent to three sets before losing 6-7 (7), 6-4, 6-1.

Marshfield hosts Stevens Point on Thursday.
