TOMAH – Maggie Field shot a 97 and Savannah Shortess fired a 107 to lift the Marshfield girls golf team to a sixth-place finish at the 12-team Tomah Tune-Up held at Hiawatha Country Club on Tuesday.
Macy Fitzgerald added a 109 and Kallie Mayer had a 115 for the Tigers, who finished with a team score of 428.
Eau Claire Regis won the meet with a total of 349, with Stevens Point second at 371 and Tomah third at 378.
Lindsey Eisenhuth of Regis was the medalist with an 83.
Sara Sturomski had Marshfield’s fifth score with a 128.
The Tigers will be back in action Monday at the Eau Claire Memorial Invite at Hillcrest Country Club.
