Marshfield baseball drops finale at Disney

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Marshfield baseball team wrapped up its Florida trip with a 10-7 loss to Glenbrook North (Ill.) on Thursday at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney World.

The Tigers finished the trip with an 0-4 record.

Marshfield led 7-4 after 4½ innings before Glenbrook scored four times in the fifth inning and added two more in the sixth to pull away.

Nick Urban suffered the loss in relief, giving up five runs in 1 2/3 innings.

Ryan Krueger and Brant Bohman each had two hits, Mason Coffren scored two runs, and Ben Gust had two RBIs for the Tigers.

Marshfield is scheduled to open its home schedule April 5 against Tomah.
