COLBY – The Marshfield Columbus Catholic volleyball team rebounded from its first conference loss on Monday to sweep past Colby 3-0 in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division match Tuesday night at Colby High School.
The Dons won 25-11, 25-12, 25-23, to improve to 3-1 in the Cloverbelt East. Colby drops to 0-4.
Dorci Walker had 13 kills and 11 digs, and Jessica Jakopin had nine kills and three blocks for the Dons.
Emmalee Jicinsky added 12 digs and five kills, Meghan Kibbel had 12 digs and 30 assists, and Brianna Post had four service aces in the win for Columbus Catholic.
Columbus hosts Greenwood on Thursday at 7:15 p.m.
